What counts, what costs, what renews.
A reading room for people who keep a credential current. Every course shown with its price, no course pushed, and the rules traced back to the body that issues your credential.
What counts
Three plain questions answered before any course is listed. Rules differ by state and by credential, so each answer ends by naming where to check.
Does it count?
Live classes, self-study and conferences are usually sorted by type. Which types your credential accepts is set by the body that issues it.
How many hours?
An hour of learning and a credit hour are not always the same thing. Each listing would show both, as the provider states them.
Who says so?
Every rule linked to the page it came from, with the date we last read it. A rule we cannot source is not shown.
What costs
Example shelf. These titles, hours and prices are made up to show the layout. Nothing here is for sale.
| Title (example) | Profession | Hours (example) | Price (example) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sample course A, self-study | Respiratory | 2 hours | $24 (example) |
| Sample course B, live class | Imaging | 6 hours | $90 (example) |
| Sample course C, either profession | Respiratory Imaging | 1 hour | $0 (example) |
Free and paid are shown side by side. If a provider pays to be listed, the page says so before the price.
What renews
A renewal checklist per profession: the cycle, the hours the issuing body asks for, the deadline, and the form. Every figure there would be sourced; the ones above are not.
